Sales Director

 Job Purpose:  

Kinetic Sports Club seeks a high-preforming seasoned leader to come aboard as Sales Director. Competitive compensation and growth potential

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures team meets and exceeds monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue and sales goals
  • Team staffing, development and performance
  • Maintains departmental budget
  • Sets the standards and provides exceptional customer service that meets needs and expectations
  • Ensures team understands and promotes all programs/ cross functionality
  • Responsible for the supervision and development of Membership Consultants
  • Ensures that sales targets, budgets, schedules, and performance standards are realistically set, monitored, and attained
  • Establish and communicate a compelling script for the membership team, ensuring an environment where all MC’s thrive
  • Partnering with local businesses to promote KSC
  • Attending to customer service opportunities
  • Constantly updated on all aspect of KSC including but not limited to, Aquatics, PT, Youth Programing, Group fitness and Events
  • Call drives to past participants and new members
  • Serves as point of contact for all Membership Consultants
  • Strategic planning and execution in implementing structure to support projected goals
  • Acts as a culture ambassador in justifying principle based decision making and modelling behaviors at all times that are in support of our pillars.



This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively meet sales goals. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures and computer skills are required. Managerial Experience is required



  • Five (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration or related professional area; Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience or Certification in sale training is preferred
